बेफिक्र  तो हूँ 

क्यूँ आ  जाते हो फिर 2

उधेढ़ने परत 2

कर के आत्मा के तार 2

उस  भयावह सच को 

उजागर कर देते हो बार 2

जानता हूँ, 

ऑंखें बंद करने से कुछ  न  होगा 

और भी भयावह हो जायेगा 

बंद आँखों में वह दृश्य 

और भी पारदर्शी हो जायेगा 

जब देखेगा इसे अंतर्मन 

क्या थाम  लोगे मुझे 

जब वो परतें हटेंगी 

वो आधार  हिलेगा 

जो था ही नहीं 

वो सपना टूटेगा 

अस्तित्व  जिसका 

था ही नहीं 

सच  सामने होगा 

उस  प्रलय  की रात 

आओगे? थामोगे मेरा हाथ ?

जीवनभर जैसे दिया साथ 

चलोगे संग  मेरे कालान्त?

नहीं 

अतः 

हट जाने दो पर्दा 

हो जाने दो रौशनी 

हटने दो अन्धकार 

उठने दो स्वयं से 

अपनी ही धरती का आधार 

हो जाने दो अभी 

इस  सच  से अभिभूत 

"आया है अकेला "

"जायेगा अकेला"

Again we would have been bound
To commit ourselves new mistakes
Afterall to err is humane

Even if the time could rewind
Never would rest the human mind
Never would he find any solace
Would find some new desire to chase
